Itinerary
Itinerary: Day 0: - Depart from Bangalore at 10:00 PM on Friday night Day 1: • Check into the Hotel, Freshen Up, And start the journey • Dubare elephant camp/Harangi Elephant Camp(If Dubare closed) • Chiklihole Reservoir(Skipped on Long weekends) • Tibetan Monastery, Golden Temple, Tibetan flea market • Nisargadhama Forest Park, Bamboo forest, Flea Market, Park with lots of scenic views, Deer/bird/butterfly parks Dinner Go to bed early Day 2: • Wakeup early, Have Breakfast and Get ready for the day • Mandalpatti Peak - Off-road jeep ride (Jeep charges are not included ) • Abbey falls (Skipped on Long weekends) • Madikeri Fort • Sunset at Raja's seat Start return journey by 7 pm We will reach Bangalore by Sunday night 1 AM or 2 AM. (Approx)

-In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternative feasible solution. However, a refund will not be applicable for the same. -Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned & are irrespective of the date of booking. -Ticket once rescheduled becomes non-refundable. -The food provided will be basic Vegetarian food. -Boz shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewelry, etc. -We expect every participant to be responsible for littering. Please keep every place we visit clean. -You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destinations to destinations. -We have designated pick up and drop points, make your own arrangements of transports to the desired pick-up point accordingly. -We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted. -Boz Trek is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event. -Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport to the way back, Boz does not hold the responsibility of terminated clients. -Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol is banned outdoors or anytime during the trek. We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks. -If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants. -Boz engages third-party vendors to deliver services such as travel, accommodation, and food. The quality of these services is dependent on the respective vendors. In the event of any issues related to the quality of service or a failure to provide the service, the respective vendor shall be solely responsible. Customers or concerned parties may contact the respective vendor directly to address such matters. -We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue. -Rights of admission reserved.

I have booked the Trip, when will I get further updates regarding the Trip?
You’ll receive a confirmation mail/sms of your booking after payment. You’ll be added to a WhatsApp group a day before the trip and information about trip coordinator, pickups, live location of bus etc will be shared there.
I'm a solo traveller. Can I join?
The interesting thing about travelling solo is that you get to meet new people from diverse backgrounds, and towards the end, you are no longer strangers. Hence solo travellers are always welcome to join us on our trips.
Is it safe for Women/Girls?
Safety and security are our priority at all times. Hence it is safe for women/girls to join us on our trips. Our trek leaders accompany the team at all times. We also have female trek leaders who accompany us on most of our trips.
How many girls will be there?
We usually have a 50-50 male-female ratio.
Where will we have lunch and dinner?
We'll stop at the restaurant, and you can have it on your own.
Will you provide water?
You need to carry water on your own or you can buy it there
Whats is the charges for kid?
Kids below 3 year can travel for free, but seat will not be provided in bus/hotel. Kid age above 3 years requires full ticket.
How will the rooms be allotted during the trip?
Room allotment is based on the type of booking. Solo travelers will be assigned rooms with same-gender participants. For dual sharing, 2 people get a private room; if 3 people book, 2 will share one room and the third will be placed in a same-gender shared room. Groups of 4 in dual sharing will get two rooms. In quad sharing, 2 or 3 people will be placed in same-gender shared rooms, while a group of 4 will be given one room. Room customization is possible on prior request. For quad sharing, unless it's a group of 4, same-gender sharing applies by default. Blocking remaining beds for privacy is available at an additional ₹1000.

We will cover all the places mentioned in itinerary
Is this a group event or family can also join?
It’s not specific and diverse groups join us! There are solos, couples, friends and families who book our trips.
Will there be any additional charges collected during the journey.
No, there won't be any additional charges other than those mentioned in the exclusions section.
How will you allot the seats?
Seats will be on first come first serve basis. It's not alloted.
Can I get single sharing?
Yes, we can provide single sharing at an extra payment of ₹800! You can book a seat in a 2- sharing package and pay ₹800 separately to get single sharing!
Is there any trekking involved in the trip?
Yes, there's small trek of around 2 kms to and fro at mandalpatti peak and 3 kms to and fro at abbey falls (which can be skipped if don't want to go)
Would I be able to postpone the trip to the future date in case I do not attend the trip on the day of departure?
We are extremely sorry, you cannot postpone to any future date in case you fail to attend the trek on the mentioned date for any reasons whatsoever ( family/health/work emergencies ). However, we can reschedule it if you inform us at least 3 days prior to the trip.
