Important Terms
- •All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to support@bozapp.in or by calling +91-9591592804
- •Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved
- •Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for booking
- •Processing fees may apply for certain payment methods
- •In case of trip cancellation by BOZ Travel due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control, full refund will be provided

If we cancel a trip due to severe weather conditions or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
