About the Internship:
We are looking for enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Interns who are passionate about travel and eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of sales, customer engagement, and digital marketing. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing travel company and learn how to convert leads from Instagram and Google Ads into enthusiastic travellers.
As an intern, you'll support our sales team by engaging with potential leads, answering customer queries, and contributing to the lead nurturing process. You'll also get exposure to real-world marketing strategies, customer relationship management, and the operations behind a travel brand.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in converting leads generated via Instagram and Google Ads into trip bookings.
- Engage with potential travellers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and Instagram to answer queries and provide trip details.
- Understand customer preferences and share them with the team to tailor offers accordingly.
- Follow up with interested leads to keep them engaged throughout the decision-making process.
- Learn and contribute to improving lead conversion tactics and customer engagement workflows.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide real-time feedback on campaign performance and customer interests.
- Maintain lead status and updates in internal tracking systems.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of Instagram or digital marketing is a plus
- Fluency in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a bonus)
